1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55ph2 ("55ph2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 55ph2 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 55ph2.net and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 55ph2 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 55ph2 platform.

55ph2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.Eligibility

To register and use the 55ph2 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. 55ph2 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 55ph2, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 55ph2 platform or any affiliated gaming service.

55ph2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 55ph2 may result in account suspension or closure.

3.Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 55ph2 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 55ph2 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your 55ph2 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 55ph2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your 55ph2 account, whether or not authorized by you.

55ph2 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Before processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted IDs include: driver's license, passport, SSS card, UMID, and PhilSys national ID.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55ph2 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 55ph2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 55ph2 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 55ph2 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your 55ph2 account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 55ph2 account.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• 55ph2 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

55ph2 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

55ph2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 55ph2 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 55ph2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your 55ph2 account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 55ph2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 55ph2 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by 55ph2 or any player.

Each game on the 55ph2 platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. 55ph2 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, 55ph2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 55ph2's decision in such matters is final.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55ph2 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one 55ph2 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 55ph2 support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55ph2 staff or other players.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the 55ph2 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 55ph2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 55ph2 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 55ph2 platform without prior written consent from 55ph2.

9.Privacy & Data

55ph2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the 55ph2 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

55ph2 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and 55ph2 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55ph2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 55ph2 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

55ph2's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55ph2 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 55ph2's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

11.Responsible Gaming

55ph2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 55ph2 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 55ph2 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.Termination

55ph2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Winnings derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will not be returned.

You may close your 55ph2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.

13.Amendments

55ph2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 55ph2 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 55ph2 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14.Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 55ph2's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

55ph2 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 55ph2 platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
